MEASURES FOR COVID-19
Here at Bushy Tail Tribe your child's safety is our prioity, see the below steps we are taking to ensure you child can play safely with us:

Bubbles of people (no more than 15 people) until further Government advice

Anti-bacterial will be used to clean tools and areas in between sessions

Children and staff are to wash hands before, after and regularly during the session

Hand sanitiser will not be used when fire building/lighting. Hands are to be washed with soap in this instance

Stagger bubbles to prevent cross-overs

Clothes must be washed daily

No person with a temperature or symptoms, will be allowed to attend. e.g; high fever , loss of taste or smell, new cough

Water bottles will not be shared. We will provide sanitised spares

We follow the Risk-Benefit Assessment of the Forest School Association

For the children who cannot attend due to health conditions, an activity will be sent home to do outdoors to prevent them from missing out

Vulnerable people ie. the over 60’s and people with underlying health conditions, are not to attend Bushy Tail Tribe grounds

Toilets will be cleaned after every use

Minimum physical contact and distancing required between leader and group

Any minor first-aid will be applied by the teachers and if necessary, supervised by a FS leader

Discuss with children the importance of not touching eyes, nose, mouth and dispose of any used tissues
Research suggests transmission is significantly lower outdoors. We note that children can be infected with Covid-2 and can become ill with Covid-19. However, they appear to be less susceptible to infection than adults and their symptoms are generally milder.
